Sarah is a qualified coach, teacher, and speaker who has worked with many clients to help them connect to their purpose, build confidence and increase resilience.
She coaches high- achieving women through 1:1 and group programs. Sarah offers training and coaching to corporates on Confidence and Imposter Syndrome and Well-Being and Resilience.
Sarah has a BA and PGCE, with 18 years’ teaching experience, as well as qualifications in Personal Performance Coaching and Coaching in Education. Sarah is an Accredited DISC practitioner and CPD certified in Resilience Coaching and Transactional Analysis.
Sarah is passionate about supporting women to connect to their true purpose while building the confidence and resilience to perform to the best of their ability.
What was your biggest accomplishment or proudest moment during our work together?
Figuring out that I can control my reactions to things, it is within my power, I can change my state to make we think about things in a different way, and hopefully getting some more control over my self when in stressful situations or when things seem to be spiraling out of control. I have much more self-awareness, particularly around things I am good at, not obsessing about things I’m not. Plus I found the DISC report fascinating and enlightening. Again, wish I’d known this stuff years ago. It genuinely would have saved me from years of angst.
I can safely say, I feel I would still be juggling balls and feeling dissatisfied and like I was underperforming in every area if I hadn’t worked with Sarah. I would highly recommend Sarah to absolutely everyone, to be honest. Unless you have life sorted and feel you already have balance in all areas ….. working with Sarah is sure to benefit you hugely.
I asked Sarah for help and I am so glad I did. Sarah has completely changed my life. Sarah is the most professional, honest, kind, considerate person you will ever meet. Sarah listened to what my needs were, how I wanted to take my life forward and any areas I wasn’t sure of she guided me on the right path.
Each session will be released on a weekly basis, starting Monday 25th May. This will comprise of a video training, with a workbook. You can complete the training and workbook at a time that suits you.
There will be three calls: 1/15/29 June at 8pm. All calls will be recorded.
If you can’t make a call you can send in your question prior to the call and it will be answered. There will also be support in the Facebook group throughout the course.
You will learn to recognise how you respond when you are under stress and increase self-awareness of your thought patterns and responses. You will learn techniques to help you calm your body and your mind, and create structure and routine to support your well-being.
