  • Understanding the thought patterns we have.
  • How to create a structure to reduce stress and increase calm.

  • 6 X weekly online modules to help you understand your responses to stress, the thought patterns that create stress and practical tools and strategies to help you create calm.
  • 6 X module workbooks with coaching questions and tools to help you create calm.
  • Bonus materials including relaxation audio, a PDF of mindset resources and additional exercises to support your learning.
